Missed under and around front and backseat mats, food crumbs still left in seat covers in backseat, and crumbs still underneath those seat covers, which I don’t care about that but at least get the crumbs on the seat covers.my car isn’t exceedingly dirty, I don’t have kids, etc. I may stop going to this location, but I will say the older gentleman that I’ve seen and met working here are very nice and professional. I think maybe the younger people working here maybe just miss things sometimes, I get it as a professional cleaner myself that is also very young, but if I pay for a basic service, please do that basic service. And this isn’t a review based off the one time they’ve missed things, but a few times I’ve been here and hoped it would be better. It’s not the absolute worst but I’ve seen better, there were more dirty spots than just these that I cleaned myself. And that’s photos below are after I did a quick wipe across these surfaces to see if they were sticky, etc that they were unable to get these crumbs off but they were not. I know I should have taken pics before wiping but I forgot I could add photos and again I clean all the time I wasn’t thinking. Edit: Charlie’s did g

Great service!! Everyone was pleasant!! Don't remember which wash I did but it was fine. I added the $25 express interior and it was awesome! My back seat & floorboards had so much per hair I wasn't sure what to expect? They vacuumed all the hair out even hit the cracks and crevices, wiped down the door jams, doors, windows!! A fantastic job by everyone!!

Car wash looks great, but I had mine and my sons cars detailed inside today. All that was done to it was a basic vacuum and wipe down. Pretty disappointing bc I had used them before and it was fantastic! Plus they took belongings out of my son’s car.

I happened to be in Missouri and needed a car wash. Visited Charlie's car wash at Independence, MO and I love that they offer free vacuums and detailing stations after washing. They also offer monthly memberships, which are a great value if you like keeping your car clean year-round. Whether you’re just passing through just like me or a local, Charlie’s is definitely worth a stop.

I am editing my review. I was invited in for a few and and I went today, everything was amazing. I was asked to look over my car and the even corrected the one thing I saw. Thank you so much for the amazing service recovery. No one was helpful at the pay window, the employee started clicking things, total was $48. I was like uh I just want a basic wash and express interior. Get to the wash part and they can't do it because I have a hitch on my SUV. They refund my $10 wash, then have me pull in the bay. My car has been sitting in the bay for greater than 10 min waiting on the $28 interior express clean. There are 5 employees with 3 cars in the bay, 4 employees working on one car. The end product wasn't even worth the wait, there was still crumbs and dirt in obvious places.
